RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
Welcome to SAPHÏRE BEAUTY! We are committed to providing high-quality cosmetic and skincare products and ensuring your satisfaction. If you need to return a product, please review our policy below.
RETURN POLICY
ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURNS:
- Time Frame: Returns must be initiated within 14 days of the delivery date.
- Condition: Only new or gently used products can be returned. Products must be in the original packaging.
- Non-Returnable Items: For hygiene reasons, certain items such as heavily used skincare products, makeup, and any item marked as final sale are not eligible for return.
RETURN PROCESS:
- Initiate a Return: Contact our customer service team at sales@saphirebeauty.ca to request a return authorization. Please provide your order number and reason for return.
- Return Authorization: Once your return request is approved, you will receive a return authorization number and instructions on how to return your item.
- Shipping the Return: Pack the items securely in the original packaging. Include your return authorization number and a copy of the original invoice. Ship the package to the address provided in the return instructions.
- Return Shipping Costs: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defective product or an error on our part.
REFUND PROCESS:
- Inspection: Once we receive your return, we will inspect the items to ensure they meet the return criteria.
- Refund Issuance: If the return is approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days. You will receive an email confirmation once your return is processed.
- Original Shipping Costs: Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defective product or an error on our part.
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact our customer service team at sales@saphirebeauty.ca within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange for a return or exchange at no cost to you.
DAMAGES
SAPHÏRE BEAUTY is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
MONITORING RETURN ACTIVITY
At SAPHÏRE BEAUTY, we monitor return activity by customers for abuse. If we detect what we consider to be excessive or potentially fraudulent return activity from a customer, that customer may be notified in writing that SAPHÏRE BEAUTY will no longer accept any returns from that customer, with or without a receipt.
