CUSTOMS, DUTIES AND TAXES
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are incurred once the shipment reaches your destination country. SAPHÏRE BEAUTY is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
REFUNDS: RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

DEFECTIVE AND INCORRECT ITEMS
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact our customer service team at sales@saphirebeauty.ca within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange for a return or exchange at no cost to you.
DAMAGES
SAPHÏRE BEAUTY is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
